INTEGRATED INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA
Provides information for all basic activities of the Parliament. Its architecture has been designed hierarchically in 10 different modules: “Legislative activities”, “ Parliamentarian control”, “Parliamentary and administrative structures”, “Document records”, “Task management”, “Euro-documents”,“International relations and protocol” “State Gazette” “Auto Service” and “Administration”.

 
The National Information System BULGARIAN IDENTITY DOCUMENTS has been developed jointly with the Computer Technologies Institute at the Ministry of the Interior (MoI).It is a part of the integrated information system and communication environment of MoI. The system has hierarchical structure on 3 levels – national, regional and district.It functions on more than 1300 workstations all over the country. The system computerizes the issuance of national ID cards, passports, driver’s licenses and 15 other types of identity documents issued to Bulgarian and foreign nationals. The system and the Bulgarian identity documents are highly estimated by the experts of the European Unity.

NATIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEM “CONVICTION STATUS CERTIFICATES”
Developed under PHARE program, this system integrates 113 local systems in all district courts and one local system and a central database located in the Ministry of Justice. Each local system operates independently, and when necessary – in exchange mode with the other local systems. The central system integrates data from all local systems and supports their reference activities.

 
AIS “E-SERVICES FOR THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR” 
Developed under PHARE program in consortium with TMA and Lirex BG, the system is designed as a WEB portal. It provides 17 types of web electronic services by integrating  the existing back-office systems in the Ministry of Interior.

NATIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEM “TRAFFIC POLICE” – subsystem “planning, distribution and control of registration plates and valuable samples” The system is implemented and operates in  two levels - national and district.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS FOR THE NATIONAL STATISTICAL INSTITUTE developed under PHARE program:

• National information system “Statistical Classifications”. The system provides tools for development, maintenance and dissemination of statistical classifications, reference, harmonization with the European Union classifications and exchange of classifications with other systems. Maintains and  provides data for the National Classifications in Bulgaria.  
• Information system “Planning and design of statistical investigations”. Supports planning, description and update of statistical investigations. Provides tools for  statistical instruments planning in accordance of the EU regulations.

AIS “ELECTRONIC SERVICES FOR THE NATIONAL REVENUE AGENCY” (in consortium with Lirex BG Ltd. and Latona Ltd.)
This system enhances the activities of the revenue and tax administration in accordance with the European requirements and standards, by effective implementation of information technologies for improvement of the services and the key operational functions of the administration. Automates  all basic business processes and information services in the relations between NRA and external users.

NATIONAL WEB SYSTEM FOR REGISTRATION OF COW MILK DAILY  DELIVERIES
This system processes and stores data for the cow milk daily deliveries from registered producers, provides information for the quantity and parameters of milk production, the milk quotas fulfillment etc.

System PERSONAL AND INDUSTRIAL SECURITY – computerization of the activities related to investigation of legal persons for security purposes,and natural persons for reliability,in accordance with the Classified Information Protection Law and the Regulations for its administration.

MOBILE POLICE SYSTEM . The system has been designed for information support of the police patrols and other mobile units of transport, security, traffic police (KAT), and criminal police. It is realized in pocket computers DELL AXIM5. Possibility has been provided for police officers to retrieve on the spot, in local operational mode or over the Internet, data about traced persons, motor vehicles, arms, cultural and historical valuables, and other traced items of evidentiary importance.

Information System National Regional Development Plan . Designed for the needs of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and the Insurance Supervision State Agency.

Information System CONVICTION STATUS. It computerizes the basic activities of the Conviction Status Bureaus-issuarance of conviction status certificates and conviction status queries. The system functions on central and local levels in accordance with the requirements on electronic public services. It has been implemented in the Sofia District Court, Ihtiman District Court and Devin District Court.
