CLASSIFIED INFORMATION

 

AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM

 

Functionally complete technological system for creation, processing and storage of classified information documents. Computerizes and manages the activities with paper, electronic and electronically signed documents that contain classified information, in accordance with the access permission requirements. Within the system development, the requirements of the Classified Information Protection Law (CIPL) and the Regulations for its administration have been observed.

 

Functional modules:

Creation of documents, Document administration, Document flow, Task control, Archive.

 

Functional characteristics:

    ·  Creation of documents after templates of the system users with the option to reflect data for classified information selection – laying seal of confidence. Automatic creation of documents with data from the system database;

    ·  Document registration and image storage (original documents, maps, photos, schemes), audio and video records, with possibility to:

       §  Select classified information;

       §  Removal of information classification (upon expiry of the fixed term or dropping off the grounds for classified information protection);

       §  Change of the seal of confidence.

    ·   Automated creation of a unique ID number of the documents in the defined by the CIP Law format;

    ·   Creation and maintenance of report documents in accordance with Article 70 of the Regulations for administration of the CIP law;

    ·   Automated pre-registration of draft documents like official documents;

    ·   Processing of paper documents, scanned documents, unsigned electronic documents, electronically signed documents;

    ·   Content description of documents – by themes, persons, facts, events, interrelations;

    ·   Automated multiplication of documents that contain classified information with observation of the requirements under Articles 110, 111, 112, 113 of the Regulations for administration of the CIP Law;

    ·   Automated destroying of documents that contain classified information (Art. 120 to 125 of the Regulations for administration of the CIP   Law);

    ·   Automated archiving of documents (Art. 126 of the Regulations for administration of the CIP Law);

    ·   Automated recovery of archived documents like active documents;

    ·   Management of document flow, routing of documents, control over their location, in accordance with the requirements for classified information delivery;

    ·   Control of the performance of decisions and tasks assigned by documents or verbal orders;

    ·   Automated registration and processing of document sets. Automated creation and maintenance of document set inventories;

    ·   Management and control of user access to documents and document sets in the system, automated granting and withdrawal of access to documents and document sets;

    ·   Realization of electronic document flow (e-document flow), electronic document administration and use of e-signature only for the internal protection network;

    ·   Automatic printout of post envelopes;

    ·   Universal reference activities:

        §   References by all document characteristics, tasks, document sets, etc., in arbitrary combinations;

        §   Full text search of documents with high speed, independent of the system database scope;

        §   User oriented statistical tables and reports, output editor tools;

        §   Provision of universal output references in accordance with the requirements for  creation of documents that contain classified information;

   ·    Setting the system in compliance with the user requirements;

   ·    Built-in tools for control and protection of system data, automatic self-control of the database;

   ·    Internal system e-Mail, possibility for integration with the MS Exchange Server or other mail server;

   ·    Maintenance of the system journal with data for authorized and unauthorized activities within the system, option for checks in the journal;  

   ·    Tools for exchange of data and documents with other realizations of the system and other information systems in XML format;

 

Platform independence:

The system can operate under the management of various operating systems, as Unix, Linux, Windows 2003, XP, 2000, NT, 98, etc.; as well as with various Database Management Systems, as Oracle, Informix, Sybase, MS SQL Server, Interbase, etc., that correspond to the SQL ANSI standard.
