AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM
 
Universal, open, functionally complete technological system– appropriate both for small users with few workstations and large offices and organizations with complex hierarchical structures. Computerizes and manages activities with paper, electronic and electronically signed documents. It covers the overall life cycle of documents – from their creation to their archiving and/or destroying.

System DOCUMENTOOBOROT is distributed in a brief version as well, under the trademark “Delovodstvo”.
 
Functional characteristics:
• Creation of documents after user templates. Automatic creation of documents with data from the system database.
• Registration of paper documents, scanned documents, unsigned electronic documents, electronically signed documents – in accordance with all administrative technologies in use.
• Automated registration, keeping and closing of correspondence by correspondents, maintaining  real and virtual correspondence and files.
• Registration and processing of documents with specific legal requirements (complaints, requests, petitions, etc.).
• Automated acceptance and delivery of electronically signed documents and messages via e-mail.
• Realization of electronic services via the Electronic Portal "Bulgarian e-Government" and  via user websites.
• Automatic administrative registration of incoming through the Internet requests for electronics ervices, automatic routing of the requests, automatic answers to queries about the current status of performance.
• Tools for the realization of electronic services on “one-stop shop” principle, automatic creation, acceptance, registration and routing of submitted documents for electronic services and issued documents for electronic services.
• Content description of documents – by topics, individuals, facts, interrelations.
• Electronic document circulation, management of document flow, routing of documents, control of their location.
• Control of performance of the tasks, assigned by documents or by verbal orders.
• Automatic printout of post envelopes with data for the correspondents.
• Automatic creation of electronic archives of electronic and electronically signed documents, automated creation of archive databases.

– queries by all characteristics of the documents, tasks, correspondence, files, etc., in arbitrary combinations;
– Full-text high speed search of documents, independently of the system database scope;
– user oriented statistical tables and reports, tools for output editing.

• Tools for registration of structural and personnel changes performed by user, history of document processing before and after the changes.  
• Dynamic management of user access to documents and data, automatic permission and prohibition of access to documents.
• Built-in tools for system data control and protection, automatic database self -control.
• Internal mail, option for integration of MS Exchange Server with other mail server.
• Maintenance of the system journal with data for the executed authorized or unauthorized activities in the system, options for checks in the journal.
• Tools for exchange of data and documents with other system realizations and other information systems in XML format.
 
 
      Platform independence:
      System DOCUMENTOOBOROT can operate under the management of various operating systems, as UNIX, Linux, Windows 2003/XP/2000/NT/ 98, etc., and different Relational Database Management Systems, as Oracle, MSQ Server, Informix, Sybase, etc.
