AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM
Universal, open, functionally complete technological system– appropriate both for small users
with few workstations and large offices and organizations with complex hierarchical structures.
Computerizes and manages activities with paper, electronic and electronically signed documents. It
covers the overall life cycle of documents – from their creation to their archiving and/or
destroying.

Functional characteristics:
