The necessary spare parts and substituting machines, exceeding the total value of 115 000 USD, are available in stock at any moment when necessary, for optimal elimination of damages and break downs at any point on the territory of the country. Substituting machines and spare parts, produced within the last 12 months, are included in the above mentioned value.

All service bases have the necessary diagnostic and service tools, apparatuses, transport and communication (including mobile phones) equipment. Service is performed by highly qualified specialists trained and certified in accordance with Dell Computer Corporation standards.

Index Bulgaria proposes consulting services, within the warranty period and after, about the available hardware and software, information for system upgrading, as well as any other information of use for the configuration and the supplementary upgrading of the equipment and software.
